At Aria Core, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected to ensure premium quality and comfort. Due to the nature of activewear and hygiene standards, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.
No Return or Exchange Policy
All purchases are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been accepted by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please inform the delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery or contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The issue must be reported either at the time of delivery (before the delivery man leaves) or within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
- If reported at delivery, the item must be handed back to the delivery man on the spot.
- If reported within 24 hours, the product must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and photo or video evidence may be required for verification.
- Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery or for items that have been used, washed, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
We may require photo or video evidence for quality verification.
Sizing Policy
To ensure the perfect fit, we strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order.
If there is a sizing issue, it can only be addressed at the time of delivery:
- The customer must check the size immediately upon receiving the parcel.
- If the size is incorrect, the item must be handed back to the delivery man instantly.
- Once the delivery man leaves and the order is accepted, size-related exchanges will not be possible.
We encourage customers to carefully review sizing details prior to purchase.
Conditions for Acceptance
For any eligible return at delivery:
- Items must be unworn and unused.
- All original packaging and tags must remain intact.
- Any signs of wear, washing, damage or removal of tags will make the item ineligible.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Hygiene & Quality Assurance
For hygiene and safety reasons, activewear that has been worn, tried on extensively, washed or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
